Split! cleaners are the strongest heavy-duty degreaser/cleaners on the market for heavy industrial oil and soil!

A large plant uses big forklifts that have been leaking hydraulic oil for many years.  This daily leaking of oil combined with daily airborne industrial soil caused a thick coating of both on the floors - so thick they could scrape it off in sheets with a knife.  When they decided to remove the slippery coating, it was just too thick and tough to remove with any degreaser/detergent.  Repeated attempts to clean it made no noticeable difference.

So, they came up with a process by which they first used a floor machine and a Scrape-Away blade to chop the material into solid shavings on the floor.  This they then swept up.  Next, they used a soy-based product that they allowed to dwell as long as possible on the floor and followed that with another soy-based product through an automatic scrubber.

At the top of the second picture below, you can see a small area they got 80% clean.  The factory was tickled and immediately ordered a Scrape-Away blade and both soy-based detergents to start the long process ahead.

Two days later a Split! distributor demonstrated.  They skipped the slow expensive process of machine scraping altogether, as well as the process of allowing a long soak.  Instead, they diluted Split! Restorative cleaner in an automatic scrubber at our heavy-duty dilution of 16 oz per gallon of cold water.  With the vacuum off and the squeegee raised, they tackled the same small area, and a much larger area beside it.  They applied the Split! repeatedly as they went up and back scrubbing, performing numerous passes.  Finally, they lowered the squeegee and turned on the vacuum.
